Location: Hixson, TN

Date: Saturday, July 12th

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Shift times and duration vary per role and shift. Please discuss your availability with the staffing team when interviewing. We will do our best to place you in your preferred shift.

Shifts available: 10:00am - 2:00pm, 5:00pm - 11:00pm OR 5:00pm - 1:00am

Overview

ATN Event Staffing is hiring friendly and reliable Brand Ambassadors to support a unique, family-friendly evening festival that celebrates connection, hope, and reflection. Guests will enjoy a serene, ambient experience designed to inspire community and shared memories.

Job duties will be one or more of the following:

Event Setup: Assist with tents, tables, and creation stations (light lifting under 40 lbs.)

Check-In: Greet guests, scan tickets, provide information and directional guidance

Merchandise: Stock and organize tables, assist guests with purchases

Creation Station: Guide guests in personalizing their luminaries and offer friendly support

VIP Area: Welcome VIPs, check tickets, and ensure a smooth, elevated experience

Requirements

Exhibits an outgoing, friendly, warm and professional presence

Previous brand ambassador, event, hospitality, guest services, retail and/or other customer facing experience
