Has extensive agile, Product Owner experience with historical business analyst, project manager and/or Lean Six Sigma experience. Product Owner with business analyst experience interviewing multiple stakeholders from 8+ business units to elicit requirements and write epics for a new product being developed. Experience translating IT speak to the business and vice versa, understanding and documenting processes, and opportunities to improve processes. Possesses a high level of expertise and knowledge in various business processes and understanding of the underlying technologies. Highly collaborative, with a love for documentation and the ability to engage in interviews with business units and IT, both individuals and teams. Highly experienced in gathering detailed business & functional and non-functional requirements and translating into appropriate agile documents, documenting business processes and understanding of software development methodologies (agile vs. waterfall). Bachelors degree in relevant field. The PO works primarily with internal customers to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business requirements, translate into agile documentation (epics, acceptance criteria etc) and creating one overarching brief that comprises all epics . The successful candidate will be able to work under minimal supervision. Lean Six Sigma/Process improvement is preferred, but not required, to hold an industry known certification.

The engagement will have resource creating agile 'briefs' and gathering requirements for 7+ projects that support the enterprise E-commerce and MarTech programs. The briefs will be comprised of high-level epics and acceptance criteria that will then be used in RFPs to find a vendor.
