Position – Analyst II / Business Analyst

Location – Deputy Chief of Naval Operations (Navy Enlisted Supply Chain Initiative) – Millington, TN

Must have at least a Secret Clearance

Work is 100% On-SiteMindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for an Analyst II / Business Analyst. The Analyst II / Business Analyst provides business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and applications for a business function or business unit. Applies advanced consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction; mentors and may supervise team members.

Analyst II / Business Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Provides analytic support for Navy client.
  • Recommends appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.
  • Analyzes and processes data, building and maintaining models and report templates, and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions.
  • Provides business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from data processing, and data analysis.
  • Consults on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools.

Analyst II / Business Analyst Qualifications:
  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied science, or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or management information technology
  • 7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, or Financial Analysis
  • Experience with Navy or DoD manpower, personnel, training, and education preferred
  • Possession of excellent team-oriented, team building, presentation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
