HRTS V3 - Requirements and Testing

  • Analyze and document business requirements and processes related to the implementation of the Healthcare Resource Tracking System (HRTS). Participate in planning, scheduling, and conducting stakeholder sessions focused on requirements-gathering by assisting the Business Unit team with preparation and documentation (meeting minutes, agendas, existing requirements, workflows, UI/UX prototypes/mockups).
  • Create work items / cards in Azure DevOps based on requirements gathering and provide acceptance criteria in coordination with UI/UX for the HRTS software application.
  • Participate in sprints and throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Plan and/or conduct end user demos and/or training for new applications.
  • Provide support for the testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Tennessee Department of Health / Emergency Preparedness software systems.
  • Superior negotiating, analytical, group facilitation, and relationship management skills. Work effectively with all levels of State staff.
  • Possess superior organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
  • An understanding of current information technology with an ability to conceptualize solutions to business problems in the most effective manner.
HHS COVID-19 Reporting - End user support, maintenance, and troubleshooting:
  • Become familiar with different workflows related to COVID-19 data submission (manual, SFTP); provide guidance and continuing support for end users across the state
  • Develop troubleshooting strategies to identify and resolve reported issues to ensure compliance with federal CMS requirements.
  • Work with federal HHS partners to coordinate and implement planned changes to reporting.
