& Job Details: Position: Business Continuity Disaster Recovery Analyst Location: REMOTEContract: 3 to 6 Months ContractJob Description:This Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Analyst is responsible for implementing and monitoring BC/DR plans and processes with IT product teams based on vendor recommendations. The ideal analyst is detail-oriented with demonstrated experience implementing BC/DR plans balancing industry best practices with technical and business processes. The analyst works closely with the Advisor of Oversight and Operations and other IT personnel involved in incident management as a subject matter expert on disaster recovery and business continuity to promote a fuller understanding of the intent, objectives, and activities of our IT Risk Management program. This individual must be able to:• Integrate new BC/DR enhancements within ongoing team processes while promoting best practices for constructing, documenting, and maintaining responsible incident plans.• Implement procedures and routines for maintaining accuracy of plans including established cadence of tabletop exercises.• Maintain a consistent approach for executing testing, archiving, and training on BC/DR plans across the IT division.• Create effective and efficient monitoring artifacts using Tableau dashboards. Preferred candidate has a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field as well as at least 3 years of experience in a Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery role.
