Job Summary/Company:Sparks Group has partnered with a leading global hospitality company who is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team. This position is located in Memphis, TN and available for 100% remote work. Selected candidate may work remote from the following states: DC, MD, VA, NC, FL, MA, OH, TN, OK, TX, MO and be comfortable working in the Central Time Zone. If selected candidate goes onsite, she/he must be fully vaccinated before starting assignment. Responsibilities:- Provide reporting and system maintenance for owner reporting and BI tools/dashboard
- Authority on Tableau permissions, system/dashboard audits, and the key actions that result
- Assist with data health tasks, data integrity audits and property onboarding case queues
- Automate data integrity processes to ensure single source of truth for owner/operator data
- Execute SQL data queries to support business intelligence analyst on complex HTL reporting
- Design, develop, enhance, and support Tableau visualizations for the Owner Relations team including interactive dashboards, scorecards, and reports
- Participate in QA testing and liaise with other project team members
Qualifications/Background Profile:- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Will be required to take a Tableau skills assessment test
- COVID-19 vaccine: must be full vaccinated before starting assignment (14 days after J&J OR 14 days after 2nd Moderna/Pfizer 2nd dose) IF position is fully remote, selected candidate does not need to be vaccinated.
