Business Transformation Analyst

Our team creates transformative experiences for our bankers to be able to work more efficiently. As an nCino Business Transformation Analyst, you will be expected to help field questions from our banking teams, solve problems, and work hand in hand with our Admin teams to build enhancements. Our work requires a team mentality, where you are expected to work with many other people effectively. This includes working with Subject Matter Experts in our lending Process, collecting critical feedback from bankers, and understanding issues that users may encounter. You will also need to be able to absorb, analyze, and present feedback as business requirements, new processes, and strategic solutions to admin, business, and technology groups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2-3 of years relevant experience in finance and or financial technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with commercial lending and understanding loan lifecycle
• Experience with Salesforce and/or nCino
