Cabinet Installer & Cabinet Finisher Needed

We are a high-end custom cabinet company in Knoxville, TN in need of an additional Cabinet Installer and Cabinet Finisher. These are two separate positions.

The Cabinet Installer will perform these responsibilities:

- Install cabinet boxes on-site in Knoxville area residential homes according to blueprints

- Install drawers, doors, drawer fronts and adjust with precision

- Install cabinet hardware per designer’s/customer’s agent’s instructions

Experience:

- Previous cabinet installation experience is preferred, but multiple years in high-end trim carpentry would suffice

Compensation: $22-28/hour based on experience, plus bonuses

Note: Full-time in-house position preferred. Will consider scheduled sub-contracted installer on an as-needed basis for the right candidate.

The Cabinet Finisher will perform these responsibilities:

- Prep wood surfaces by sanding and cleaning

- Apply stains, paints, and protective coatings to cabinet boxes and parts

- Create custom stain finishes when needed

- Inspect final products for imperfections and make necessary touch-ups

Experience:

- Multiple years of experience with lacquer-based finishes preferred

Compensation: $25-35/hour based on experience, plus bonuses
