Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelors Degree or Associate Degree Required
  • Paralegal studies/ Legal experience a plus!
  • Customer Service experience (Call Center experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including building / updating / maintaining spreadsheets / documents, and utilizing Outlook for communications
  • Ability to work efficiently / effectively in multiple data bases to extract information
  • Timely management of casework, including proper documentation and case resolution
  • Ability to research / review case information and document findings accurately
  • Professional outreach to internal / external customers (

    remaining professional at all times)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to send clear, concise emails, to include responding timely
  • Agility to professionally pivot work demands / tasks to support business unit
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Utilize good time management, note-taking, email organization and distribution skills
  • Efficiently and effectively process and index documents
  • Attend workgroup meetings and participate in discussions
  • Maintain

    confidentiality and security of documents
