Job Description:Ideal candidate has successfully implemented a change enablement/change management plan to integrate new (or update legacy) technology.This individual will be responsible for planning and executing a change strategy that includes pre-implementation awareness activities, developing appropriate training, and post-implementation.The analyst should be able to identify potential roadblocks during pre-implementation activities, remediate through proper training and change activities, and re-enforce best practices during post-implementation.This individual must be able to:• Create an end-to-end plan to integrate new technology coordinating between business stakeholders and IT partners• Analyze (or re-engineer) business and technology processes clearly and comprehensively• Define and evaluate change effectiveness against measurable objectives through all phases of the project• Create effective communications targeted to various audience sizes and technical backgrounds. sample required• Create training for multiple methods of delivery for digital, in-person, or virtual learning – sample required• Demonstrate experience with one or more digital/e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.) – sample required• Experience Creating knowledge base articles Recommended, not required.• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Office) Recommended, not required
