The Client Account Executive (CAE) supports and manages the workflow and execution of various multi-channel marketing campaigns. The CAE works within the account team to execute activities for our client accounts. CAE responsibilities include:Creates presentations, sets up meetings and communicate with clients and account teamParticipation in project planning and schedulingCoordinate with internal and external digital teamsServe as liaison between client and creative, production, and dataStay current on digital marketing strategies and tacticsGathering internal and external quotesDevelop and manage program launch and production schedulesManage all project workflow with production teamsCoordinate outside vendor productionPursue and process approvals from account team, clients and production teamsCommunicate project status and changes with account team, clients and production teamPrepare data processing specifications and perform auditsAssist in managing the workflow of projects from sales through production and closeEnsure client sign-off on all phases of productionProvide proofing and audit of campaign materials and deliverablesUpdate client status reportsAssists in resolving problems with projectsManage all cost tracking and ensure project is billed correctlyProcess invoices and procure approvals on a timely basisPrepare well-organized, clear and concise memos, conference reports and documentationTrack program results and generates response reportsOther duties as assignedQualificationsBS degree in Business, Marketing or Communications, or comparable experience2 – 5 years of experience in related account support roleExcellent written & verbal communication skillsAble to work independently; self-starter, with strong initiativeHighly organized and detail-oriented, while coordinating multiple projects simultaneouslyA strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint expertise is a mustMust be familiar with the use of presentations, meeting minutes, and status reportsAutomotive marketing or digital media experience a plusAble to work 8:30AM -  5:00PM in a team environment. Two days required to be in the Franklin, TN office, normally Tues and Thurs.
