We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Manager like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsThe Manager of Nursing Practice provides clinical and operational support and leadership in achieving established goals and priorities of current and planned Nursing Practice and Operations initiatives. This individual works directly with the Director of Nursing Practice to support key care processes including, but not limited to, the following: evidence-based practices and multidisciplinary standards of care; strategic integration of evidence-based practices and coordination of care across services for acute care units; provision of operational recommendations; development and evaluation of innovative and evidence-based practice approaches; and determination of metrics and measures required for evaluation of care delivery effectiveness, reliability, and value.Major Responsibilities:Designs clinical solution programs and improvement strategies in alignment with corporate initiatives.Develop strategies and tactics to accelerate care excellence within assigned projects and programs.Designs implementation of evidence-based strategies in collaboration with corporate, division, and facility leaders for improving performance and growth of safe, effective, efficient programs.Applies performance improvement principles within projects and programs.Leads and collaborates with various teams and subject-matter-experts in the design and implementation of care improvement programs and processes.Coordinates clinical improvement activities with corporate, division, and facility multidisciplinary teams.Incorporates evidence-based practice for monitoring performance, improvement, and outcomes of care.Drives execution and creates pathways for enhanced systems of performance management.Actively seeks opportunities to build strategic relationships both internal and external to HCA Healthcare in order to advance care of our patients.Conveys ideas and information in a succinct, clear manner to individuals and groups in order to facilitate meaningful communication.Recognizes the needs of Corporate, Division, and Facility partners and encourages the delivery of services or products that provide value and improved outcomes for our patients and colleagues.Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree required3+ years of experience in a leadership role5+ years of experience in an inpatient clinical nursing roleRegistered Nurse - Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation.HCA Healthcare (Corporate) , based in Nashville, Tennessee, supports a variety of corporate roles from business operations to administrative positions.
