Erlanger Health is an academic medical center affiliated with the University of Tennessee College of Medicine Chattanooga and is the region's most comprehensive network of hospitals and physicians. This position will assist in managing the clinical nutrition programs at Erlanger Baroness Hospital, the Children’s Hospital at Erlanger including the Children’s Hospital Outpatient Center, Erlanger East Hospital, Erlanger North Hospital, Erlanger Bledsoe Hospital, and Erlanger Western Carolina Hospital.Sodexo offers:

Reporting to the Clinical Nutrition Manager III, in this role you will:

be responsible for assisting in managing the inpatient and outpatient Clinical Nutrition programs on the Erlanger campuses;

supervise, train and mentor new and current Registered Dietitians and Dietetic Interns;

provide technical support to the diet office and collaboration with Patient Service Managers;

meet DOH/state/federal and company standards;

provide education to patients and families; develop and implement medical nutrition therapy using established standards of care;

provide staff education to ensure the safe management and care of clients and families;

collaborate with the interdisciplinary team during team conferences to recommend, implement, and monitor nutrition interventions; and

participate in quality improvement projects and regulatory compliance activities.

have Registered Dietitian credentials with management and acute care clinical experience;

have a TN license, and able to obtain NC license;

have pediatric experience - a plus;
