What You'll Need:

  • 1 yr of digital color printing experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintaintechnical knowledge of all equipment utilized in the Color Department, including printers, laminators, folders and stitching equipment.
  • Ensurethat Color Department equipment is producing the highest quality product based on LS’s quality standards through calibration tests and adjustments
  • Work to maximize Color Department Productivity by diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, makes minor repairs, replaces consumables as needed, and coordinates service and maintenance with the LS Maintenance Department/IT.
  • Demonstratean understanding of different queues, queue filters and different printer drivers as well as printer set-ups regarding paper weight and format size
  • Ensure work is queued to printers based on priority level and TAT reports
  • Communicate with leadership for recommended printer setup needs based on current work volume.
  • Monitorprinter queues to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain and monitorsystem information in DMS as work is processed.
  • Communicate Color Department status at shift change with clear and informative information necessary to minimize downtime and ensure shipping TAT times.
  • Monitorassociate performance and provides feedback to the associate, Operations Leads and Supervisor

Wed-Fri 7pm-7am + every other Saturday
