Construction Forman

We are seeking a Construction Forman to oversee daily operations and crew members.

The Candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to problem solving to maintain daily operations.

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Read and understand Construction blue prints and communicate information to crew members.

Transport self to job sites in Kentucky Until middle of December, then job sites will be all over middle TN.

Must be able to be hands on working with crew to complete work in: metal framing, drywall . paint, and tile work.

Must be able to work 40-60hrs a week

This will be a 1099 position so must have a Social Security Number.

Pay will start out at $25hr until shown ability that meet requirements. Raises are given at 3months, 6months , or 12months based on work capability. There will be job site bonus's. We believe in if you do good work and work hard you get paid better.
