Job Description

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Consumer Marketing Specialist to contribute to our Consumer Marketing team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. We offer hybrid schedules for a mix of in-office and remote work.

The Consumer Marketing Specialist identifies and leads projects, from conception through execution, that drive growth of Ingram’s direct-to-consumer marketing business. Manages new user acquisitions campaigns to grow consumer audiences, with special focus on paid and earned media and digital PR. This position will support social media channels to acquire new users. Analyzes and interprets data from social and acquisition campaigns to evaluate strategy, test new tactics, discover new audiences, validate potential opportunities, and determine ROI.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years related marketing experience or 3 years’ experience with a combination of marketing, digital PR or graphic design experience

Preferred

Qualifications:

  • SEO experience
  • Strong writing skills
  • Experience with Social Media Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiates and manages marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sign ups at Ingram-owned, consumer-facing websites.
  • Creates engaging content for social media, digital PR, and/or corresponding content verticals in text, image or video format
  • Supports the creation and management of paid search, social and display advertising campaigns including campaign setup and ongoing optimization
  • Coordinates digital PR efforts to increase online presence and gain high-quality backlinks, social media mentions, and improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for consumer websites.
  • Understands audience personas and tailors campaigns, activation channels, messages and creative to audience
  • Analyzes and reports on acquisition metrics to data operations team and leadership ensure user acquisition strategies support overall business goals.
