This roleinvolves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates that meet the qualifications andrequirements of the open positions. The Recruiter Imust maintain strong communication and relationshipswith hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.Key Responsibilities
Conducts proactive recruitment activities and establishes recruitment strategies
Builds relationships with hiring managers and educates them on the recruitment process
Screens resumes, conducts phone interviews, and schedules interviews with hiring managers and teams
Verifies qualifications, credentials, and performs reference and background checks
Ensures compliance with applicant tracking system and provides accurate recruitment metrics to Recruitment Manager
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience
Zero (0) to Three (3) years of experience required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training,
Experience with MS Office is required.
Previous healthcare, corrections and or agency recruiting experience, a plus.
