THIS ROLE WITH BE AT A CUSTOMERS WAREHOUSE FACILITY IN NASHVILLE Role Summary:The Counter Sales Associate is primarily responsible for assisting Summit's customers over the phone or in person and works closely with the Service Center sales staff and warehouse associates to ensure a high level of customer service. Summit offers ongoing training and education opportunities as well as competitive benefits and salary packages. Exceptional service to external and internal customers is critical to the success of a counter associate.  Must effectively partner with customer service representatives and warehouse associates as needed to maintain levels of excellence throughout Summit.  Essential Job FunctionsMeeting and exceeding customer expectations both over the phone and in person when fulfilling orders and helping with productsRefills inventory with additional stock as necessary to insure highest level of customer satisfaction and choice  Assists customer service representatives as well as warehouse associates at times when additional assistance is needed to meet customer demand Understands product capabilities, warranties, product usages and challenges, to further educate and serve external customer.  Ensures counter area and other areas of store are neat, clean, and always stocked Performs other related duties as assigned and as necessary depending on the location
