What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Support: As the in-office CSR, you’ll be responsible for answering customer calls promptly during designated hours, providing a warm, helpful, and professional experience to every caller and ensuring all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and with care. You will also greet and help customers in-person when they visit us at our office.

Call Reviews and Coaching: Review daily calls, identify areas for growth, and participate in coaching sessions with your team to ensure you provide consistent high-quality service and also assist the team to improve continuously.

CRM-tool Management: Manage all customer interaction through software, ensuring accurate documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups.

Collaborate with Other Teams: Work alongside dispatch, sales, and field teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Maintain & Exceed Service Standards: Ensure that you uphold our high customer service standards and maintain the company’s reputation for excellence.

You’re a Strong Fit If You Bring

CRM Proficiency: You’re highly skilled in using software (example: ServiceTitan, Payzer) to manage customer calls, scheduling, and team coordination.

Excellent Communication Skills: You’re articulate, patient, and clear in both written and verbal communication. You can manage difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism.

Time Management: You’re able to balance the demands of answering customer calls, coordinating internally with the team, and keeping detailed internal records

Problem-Solving Mindset: You’re resourceful and able to think on your feet when resolving customer issues or helping the team with challenges.

Positive Attitude and Team Spirit: You bring enthusiasm to the role and work collaboratively with others to ensure smooth operations.

Pay: $16.00/hour and up, depending on experience

Schedule:

Year-round work

Full-time roles available

Must be available during designated customer service hours, in the office 8:00AM to 5:00 PM on all weekdays.
