TSG Operations team supports critical infrastructure for core business applications. We deliver capacity to support existing and new business activity, while owning and governing enterprise demand and capacity management standards, policies, processes, operating models, and tools. Our team provides 24x7x365 support for incidents, changes, and requests for key services including: Data Center Operations; Global File Transfer; Batch and Mainframe Operations; Global Data Center Strategy; planning/governing infrastructure disaster recovery services, playbook and TSG Business Continuity Plans.

The Role As a

Data Center Infrastructure Management Engineer, you will be responsible for executing the Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) strategy, enhancing workflow, and maintaining the DCIM tools that are utilized for data center space, power and connectivity planning as well as monitoring various activities. The DCIM engineer must continuously maintain an up-to-date inventory of equipment, peripherals and connectivity (power and data) in the DCIM tool(s) by proactively coordinating with the Execution and Operations teams. The DCIM Engineer will work with Global Data Center teams and asset management teams to ensure the DCIM tool(s) accurately reflects the installed data center equipment and will work with the site facilities teams to verify the accuracy of the underlying power/cooling infrastructure. Monitoring activities may include power, cooling and security functions based on available equipment and options. The DCIM Engineer will be responsive for Administrative duties specific to the DCIM product/suite which may include license management, reporting via SQL, access management, supporting version upgrades which will require collaboration across internal application support teams and Database Administrators. Key Responsibilities:
