Description We are offering an opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. This position lies within the telecom industry and will require hands-on, on-site work. The role involves troubleshooting PC issues, installing network printers, and providing support for Microsoft Office Suites, among other responsibilities. Responsibilities: Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and application problems Resolve user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals Install and support end-user software applications Assist in the setup and operation of audio and video equipment for a wide variety of meetings and conferences Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network printers Create and manage user accounts using Active Directory Perform problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution Utilize Microsoft technologies such as Exchange and SCCM for support and troubleshooting Work collaboratively with another person, utilizing available resources and escalating issues when necessary. Requirements Proficiency in Dell Technologies and Microsoft Technologies including Microsoft Stack, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft SCCM. Experience with Active Directory and Configuration Management. Ability to handle deployments and provide deskside support. Solid understanding of computer hardware including hardware troubleshooting. Familiarity with network troubleshooting including basic network troubleshooting. Expertise in troubleshooting network issues and network printers. Skilled in Microsoft technology stack. Capacity to troubleshoot hardware and network issues. Proven track record in configuration management and deployments. Strong knowledge in Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Technologies.
