Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive services, including window tinting and custodial work. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and vehicle detailing. The Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are presented in pristine condition, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

Perform window tinting services with precision and attention to detail.

Conduct thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.

Execute custodial tasks to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Drive vehicles safely to and from service areas as needed.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

Buff vehicles to enhance their appearance and protect paint finishes.

Assist with car wash operations, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.

Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in automotive detailing, window tinting, or related fields is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Ability to drive vehicles safely and responsibly.

Familiarity with buffing techniques and equipment is a plus.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.

Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
