Job DescriptionRole: DevOps Technical LeadResponsibilities·Understand and help establish DevOps / DevSecOps best practices, guidelines·Translate DevOps directions into design solutions·Implement DevOps / DevSecOps pipelines·Provide thought leadership on DevOps/DevSecOps to Architecture/Development teams·Establish DevSecOps best practices and keep them updated·Ensure quality of the DevSecOps deliverables·Implement Infrastructure as Code in pipelines·Guide team members in implementing pipelines·Conduct POC as required·Keep abreast of technologies, tools and best practices related to DevSecOps·Identify and manage issue resolution·Lead the team of DevOps professionalsEducational Qualifications:·Bachelor’s degree preferably and /or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related areas. Or equivalent experienceSkills and Experience:·IT and Software development experience of 9+ years·Experience of 4+ years working as DevOps / DevSecOps / CI-CD·Experience of 2+ years as DevOps / CI-CD Tech Lead·Ability to understand the directions/standards from DevOps Architect and come up with technical implementation/solution·Experience in Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, GITLab, uDeploy – tools generally used in CI, CD, CT·Experience in Infrastructure as a Code, Configurations: Terraform, Ansible·Experience building CI/CD/CT pipeline on PCF/VMWare Tanzu is a plus·Desirable experience in Service Virtualization and tools such as Broadcom Service Virtualization (earlier CA Lisa)·Experience in some of the tools: Fortify, SonarQube, Nexus, Jacoco, Junit·Experience in shell-scripting·Experience / Knowledge with Data Center Technologies is a plus·Desired Implementing and sharing knowledge related to DevOps, DevSecOps, Reliability/SRE principles and methodologies across a diverse portfolio of application systems·Good communication skills. Skillful in communicating ideas and solutions to technical audience·Good interpersonal skills – being able to influence technical audients/teams·Have a passion for learning and leverage the knowledge gained to increase the knowledge of other people·The person would be a self-starter, taking initiative and ownership of issues to seek resolutions/solutions
