The Division Talent Acquisition Director is responsible for planning, implementing, and directing strategic recruitment for a division of the organization, with a focus on clinical staffing. Serves as the subject matter expert for the division for talent acquisition for facility-based positions with a focus on clinical staffing.
Partners with the AVP, Talent Operations to manage, monitor, and evaluate recruiting lifecycle activities.
Responsible for evaluating, training and developing recruiters.
Utilize metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure results and guide future performance.
Provide guidance to hospital directors and recruiters on sourcing and staffing strategies.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
