Description We are in search of a skilled E-Commerce Marketing Manager to join our team in Gallatin, Tennessee. This role will be integral in enhancing our digital presence and driving sales through effective marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing both our B2B and B2C sectors, ensuring the growth and development of our online retail operations.Responsibilities: Develop and execute online marketing strategies for both our B2B and B2C sectors to align with our business goals. Utilize analytics tools to evaluate website performance, customer engagement, and conversions, making necessary adjustments to the marketing strategy. Drive demand generation by creating and implementing online campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of e-commerce operations, including business planning, content strategy, promotional campaigns, website design, and customer service. Oversee product category management by analyzing market trends and identifying potential growth areas. Collaborate with the IT department to enhance user experience, troubleshoot issues, and improve functionalities. Employ SEO strategies to increase website traffic and improve online visibility. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action to maintain customer satisfaction. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role Understanding or relational databases and integrations.
