Description:Assist team in mechanical and electrical builds of customer products. Candidates must be able to understand wiring schematics (basic) and diagrams (point to point wiring) . Experience with crimping, pulling, terminating, and installing electrical harness and sub assemblies.Responsibilities Electrical and mechanical assembly , panel wiring, while adhering to safety, quality, and customer specifications Assembles finished units per customer specifications including but not limited to Pulling wire, crimp wire, install and , and test wiring and wiring harnesses using voltmeter and ohmmeter. Performs part replacement on tools as needed and according to schedule Resolves routine questions and problems, referring more complex issues to higher levels Works under direct, close supervision, with output monitored frequently Follow detailed written or verbal instructions, including visual aids, diagrams and schematics. Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized per 5S standards Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Coordinates with teammates to organize tasks requiring multiple team members to accomplish - smaller group teams Keeps inventory personnel abreast of spare parts inventory and locations for ease of order fulfillmentsThis role is working in a cell unit where they will be local to that unit - meaning you will be mostly stationary around that unit the whole shift. You will be wiring different sections of the unit per client specifications using Point to point schematics.Performing testing in real time for point to point testing to ensure accurate wiring and no issues with the wires/housing.About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
