Job Title: Entry Level Helpdesk Analyst Location: Downtown Nashville Salary: $50,000 per year Job Summary: We are seeking an Entry Level Helpdesk Analyst to provide technical assistance and support to our internal users. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to learn and grow their technical skills, while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Document and track all user requests and issues in our ticketing system
  • Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Assist with user account administration, including creating and deleting accounts
  • Set up and configure hardware and software for new users
  • Provide basic training to users on software and hardware usage
  • Participate in team projects to improve our IT infrastructure and services

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and network concepts
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and follow through to resolution
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
