ERP Business Analyst work location: Loudon, TN 37774 3 days onsite 2 days remote. Contract to hire. Can consider people willing to relocate w/in 30-45 days Three Keys: 1. Manufacturing Experience 2. ERP- Any SAP, JD Edwards and Oracle will work since they are larger. Do not need Infor LN but is the ERP being used. (Understand it is hard to find.) 3. BA- That has tool set experience, 6 sigma/lean. Root cause analysis. Job description: Senior ERP Business Analyst Looking for a highly motivated manufacturing business expert to help the business understand requirements of the systems and to translate business requirements to the technical team. This individual must have proven systems, process and analytical and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work with internal business user groups and IT staff to help facilitate business processes in the ERP and supporting systems Participate in Requirements gathering, Integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Mentor/Coach/Train employees in the use of ERP functionality (Finance, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Service) and core business processes Own and develop relationship with business partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our systems and processes Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of application and integration errors Support the continued development and extension of the ERP environment to support our growing company including product testing, upgrades, expansion of 3rd party ISVs, integrations, custom coding, reports, data maintenance and processes Ensure SOX and regulatory compliance through management of processes, maintaining proper documentation and evidence. Provide robust and in-depth data analysis to support executives and business operations. ERP application use and administration 10+ years Familiarity with Microsoft SSRS/BIDS 2008 R2 and up 3+ years Manufacturing environment experience 7+ years Experience with Training and testing tools Basic project management skills Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean and SCRUM Familiarity with Master Data Management BOM Configurator experience a plus Experience with warehouse management systems a plus SharePoint experience a plus Microsoft Office tools expert experience Great knowledge of IT processes and willingness to constantly update knowledge Very strong written, oral skills and interpersonal skills People skills, with the ability to engage diplomatically with stakeholders and communicate changes that may not be aligned with the original expectations Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent; or six to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
