We are currently seeking a detail-driven and energetic Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of our corporate workshops, trainings, seminars, and specialty events. This role requires someone with strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of assisting with logistics and ensuring all event operations run seamlessly.ResponsibilitiesSupport the coordination of event logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, materials preparation, and equipment organizationAssist with vendor communication, contracts, and onsite operationsMaintain detailed event documentation, timelines, and checklistsProvide onsite support during events, ensuring smooth flow and exceptional attendee experienceCollaborate with the Events Team to brainstorm concepts, themes, and layout enhancementsMonitor and manage inventory of event supplies and support ordering when neededConduct post-event follow-ups, evaluations, and reporting
