Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Executive Consultant in Cookeville, Tennessee. This role is primarily within the human services industry and will involve applying system dynamics modeling to address complex challenges within our organization. The successful candidate will contribute to the understanding and analysis of resilience in interconnected social safety net systems primarily within the state of Tennessee.Key Responsibilities: Engage in system dynamics modeling to help address complex organizational challenges. Apply a computer-aided approach for strategy and policy design to help improve decision-making processes. Use simulation modeling based on feedback systems theory to analyze dynamic problems in complex social, managerial, economic, or ecological systems. Communicate essential findings from model results to facilitate a better understanding of the system’s behavior. Contribute to research combining methodological and empirical contributions for building self-sufficiency. Develop simulation approaches for one or several case studies focusing on poverty and the social safety net. Collaborate with different fields to combine methods and approaches, particularly system dynamics modeling. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Work autonomously managing workload and producing deliverables on time and within budget. Resolve issues and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize outcomes. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in communication and collaboration skills Strong background in documentation practices and reporting methods Proven experience in planning, policy formation and research Familiarity with budget processes and project management Proficient knowledge about time management and workstation support Exceptional leadership skills and engineering knowledge Willingness to travel for work-related tasks Proficiency in optimization techniques and data analysis Experience in stakeholder management and conductivity Ability to execute plans effectively Prior experience working with the C-Suite Proficiency in creating and interpreting charts and graphs Proven ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently Experience in working with diverse teams and fostering a spirit of collaboration.
