Description We are looking for a dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This role will encompass a variety of tasks in the accounting industry, with a key emphasis on maintaining and managing all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll. This offering presents an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic workplace environment.Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes including but not limited to: A/P, A/R, payroll, bank reconciliations, and expense reports Handle payroll tax calculations and filings Utilize accounting software systems for data entry and management Work proficiently with Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel and Outlook, for various accounting tasks Perform monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting Oversee billing functions and ensure accuracy in invoicing and collection Maintain and update accounting records for a portfolio of clients Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met Assist with other accounting-related duties as needed. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in a Full Charge Bookkeeper role or similar Proficient in Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook Thorough understanding of Accounting Functions Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Proficient in Bank Reconciliations Experience with Billing Functions Knowledge in managing Payroll Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Superior communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and within a team.
