Full time porter wanted

We are seeking a dependable and honest Porter to maintain the cleanliness of grounds and common areas, assist with light landscaping, cleaning and perform minor maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are well-kept, tidy, and presentable, contributing to a positive and welcoming environment. Key responsibilities include cleaning outdoor spaces, maintaining lawns and gardens, addressing basic repair requests, and ensuring the overall upkeep of facilities. Must be reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
