Compensation: $15–$40/hr (Based on Tier + Experience)


Type: Project-Based, On-Call, or Temporary to Long-Term


ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Bordeaux Construction is actively hiring for multiple residential rehab projects, with confirmed work scheduled through 2027. 
We're looking for reliable, respectful, and capable laborers and tradesmen who take pride in getting the job done right the first time.
This is not just gig work — we’re building a network of workers and subs we can call again and again.

Payment Structure:


- Exterior workers (Tier 1 @ $15/hr) will be paid in cash upon completion of the work.


- Interior workers (Tier 2 & Tier 3) payment will be issued within 7 days of:


1. Completed work passing inspection


2. Investor draw being released
