VALiNTRY is seeking a Head of Product Operations. This senior executive is tasked with overseeing company operational and financial functions. Coordinates with corporate governance to create strategic goals and ensure they are met by setting operational policies and will guide senior management employees in execution of strategic and tactical objectives. Creates and maintain budgets, compiles financial reports and controls financial policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Sets and drives organizational vision and operational strategy, optimized for productivity; develop and recommend strategic plans by studying technological and financial opportunities
  • Translates strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management and annual operating planning
  • Works in conjunction with the Board of Directors to establish corporate HR, Data and IT policies
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards
  • Creates and maintains company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met; monitors performance with tracking and establishes corrective measures as needed, and prepares detailed reports, both current and forecast
  • Ensures effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management and retention
  • Reviews and improves organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement
  • Works in collaboration with the Board of Directors in development and review of contracts
  • Provides guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas; set goals for senior management and monitors performance
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies
  • Assists in building company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations and employees; enforcing ethical business practices
  • Adheres to company, federal, state and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and taking action when necessary

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degrees in Business Management or related field, from an accredited college or university; Masters of Business Administration, preferred; supplemented by two (2) or more years of experience in executive leadership position, fifteen (15) or more years of experience in a leadership position.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

·Ability to aggressively mange capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves investor targets relative to growth and profitability; manage profit and loss statements and account for costs and revenues

·Ability to provide leadership at all levels of the organization

·Ability to analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement

·Knowledge and ability to develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives

·Ability to maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders

·Ability to demonstrate competency in strategic planning and business development

·Strong decision-making capabilities

·Above-average communication, collaboration and delegation skills

·Ability to motivate and lead people

·Knowledge and understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues - medical device/ 501(k) experience would be a big plus

·Advanced knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including potential international travel occassionally
