Role Overview

We’re seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to serve as our live-in House Manager. This person will help maintain daily structure, ensure accountability, and foster a supportive, recovery-focused environment.

The ideal candidate is steady in their own recovery, organized, compassionate, and capable of setting boundaries while leading with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead morning and nightly house meetings using The Sanity House format

Facilitate Sunday SMART Goals meetings and track resident progress

Uphold house policies and maintain structure throughout the week

Conduct drug tests and breathalyzer checks when necessary

Submit nightly reports and maintain accurate documentation

Mediate resident conflicts respectfully and model emotional maturity

Conduct daily property walkthroughs to ensure safety and cleanliness

Serve as the primary contact between residents and ownership

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of continuous sobriety (2 preferred)

Prior experience in recovery housing, treatment, or leadership

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Must pass background check and drug screening

CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to complete)
