Cindi's Castle Cleaning is seeking reliable, detail-focused independent contractors to clean Airbnb-style short-term rentals and residential homes in the Dollywood areas including Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Douglas Lake, Jefferson City, Morristown, etc. Currently does not include Knoxville.

This is perfect for someone with their own cleaning business that wants more jobs or simply doesn't want the headache of advertising, booking, scheduling, communication and taking credit card payments. We'll do all of that for you, so you can concentrate on cleaning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED: At least 1 year of independent Short Term Rental cleaning experience OR 3 years of Company house cleaning experience.

Verifiable references or reference letters.

Valid Driver's License

Must have your own cleaning supplies, equipment, and reliable transportation

Must pass a background check at contractor’s expense

Open availability (especially 10am-4pm) is a big plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES:

Perform thorough cleaning of short-term rental or residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces

Launder linens and towels as needed – in most cases, this will be done at home and returned on the next visit

Sweep porches and patios

Follow our established cleaning checklist and protocols

Use a mobile app to check in and out, receive job info, upload before & after photos, and report any issues

We handle the marketing, customer communications, scheduling and payments
