Intake Coordinator - Immediate Hire

Intake Coordinator:

We are looking for an Intake Coordinator for a Knoxville Companion Care agency. This is a part time role (but can be full time if you are able to do other agency tasks).

This position will interact directly with potential clients and/or their family members as well as facilitate the pre-admission process. The goal of these interactions is to collect relevant information so that the agency knows how to proceed. The role will also include interacting with health care professionals to share information about the agency. The intakes will be conducted in people’s homes, health care settings, or coffee/tea in a public setting.

Some level of health care experience or interest is appreciated but not necessary for the role.

We are also seeking “Companion Care” & “Concierge” workers (who are available full time, part time, or "on call / as needed").

Hourly pay for Intake Coodinator:

$15

Hourly pay for Companion Care and Concierge Workers

Depends on experience

Additional Pay:

We give a gas reimbursement (if you have more than 1 assignment that day).

Time slots we seek:

The hours for the Intake Coordinator can be performed during the day or early evening.

For the Companion Care and Concierge roles, we have all shifts available.
