Description We are seeking an IT Manager to join our team in the wholesale distribution industry, based in Memphis, Tennessee. In this vital role, you will be in charge of handling customer EDI portals, managing Sage Systems, and onboarding new hires. Your responsibilities will also include understanding and troubleshooting EDI documentation and providing support to various operations within the company.Responsibilities: Manage the addition of new customer EDI portals as required and update mapping in TrueCommerce to address customer changes/issues. Incorporate new models to TrueCommerce item set up as new products are introduced and ensure continuous running of TrueCommerce Scheduler. Grasp the nuances of EDI documentation including 850, 855, 997, 940, 945, 943, 944, 856, and 810. Understand Sage 100Cloud ERP system and manage Sage Enterprise Intelligence Reporting Process. Provide support for Sage Inventory Advisor and Sage CRM for rollout and ongoing operations. Troubleshoot ERP issues as necessary and ensure that third-party IT Help Desk performs computer and software setup before the start date of new hires. Set up emails and network login for new hires with the help of Gant Systems. Understand basic knowledge of SQL Server, SQL Database, and Networking and website setup and administration. Gain experience in Microsoft Office 365 products and basic knowledge of Ecommerce operations and warehouse functionality. Stay updated with Sage Systems and other related technologies. Requirements Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT managerial role within the wholesale distribution industry. Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required. Must possess knowledge and practical experience in Cloud Technologies. Experience with CRM systems is essential. Database management skills are required. Familiarity with EO/IR systems is needed. Must have experience in managing Active Directory. Proficiency in Backup Technologies is required. Must have hands-on experience with Computer Hardware. Experience in Configuration Management is necessary. Knowledge of EDI - Electronic Data Interchange is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage and coordinate IT teams and projects. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about technology solutions. Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
