IDR is seeking a
Service Desk Analyst to join one of our clients in Brentwood, TN (Hybrid). Please note, this role is a 3 Month Contract to Hire! - Provide end-user support for both Windows and Apple products
- Maintain updated documentation for all regular procedures
- Monitor and prioritize multiple ticket ques and handled accordingly until resolution
- Adhere to incident handling customer service level agreements (SLAs)
- Responsible for accessing end-users’ machines remotely to promptly solve any issues
- 1+ Years of professional experience as a Help Desk Analyst
- 1+ Years of experience with O365 cloud and legacy (working within O365 admin center, Exchange admin, active directory experience, etc.)
- Experience troubleshooting both Windows and Mac operating systems is a must have
- Experience troubleshooting basic network issues from a host (end-user) perspective
- Experience with network troubleshooting is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
