Hours: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Occasional Saturdays during peak season)

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable Lawn Care Crew Member who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and follows established systems and procedures. You’ll work on a crew performing weekly lawn maintenance and landscaping tasks at residential and commercial properties.

Pay & Advancement Path

We follow a structured, performance-based pay scale:

Tier 1: $15–$17/hr

Entry-level

Training phase

Learns mowing, edging, trimming, blowing

Reliable attendance required

Tier 2: $17–$19/hr

Experienced in weekly maintenance

Can use zero-turns, standers, and trimmers correctly

Follows procedures without correction

Works efficiently with minimal supervision

Tier 3: $19–$22/hr

Strong experience

Can lead tasks on-site

Understands job quality expectations

Helps train newer crew members

Shows initiative and goes the extra mile

Opportunities for Foreman training exist for the right candidates.

Duties & Responsibilities

Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing properties

Mulching, planting, weeding, and basic landscaping

Operating commercial lawn equipment

Loading/unloading equipment daily

Keeping trucks/equipment clean and organized

Following Legendary Lawn Care systems and safety procedures

Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude on job sites

Requirements

Must have reliable transportation to shop each morning

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to learn

Able to follow directions and respect leadership

Experience operating commercial mowers preferred

Driver’s license is a plus (and increases pay potential)
