- Utilizing Flutter/Dart, maintain the current mobile application for iOS and Android.
- Utilizing Flutter/Dart, enhance the functionality of the mobile based on the assigned tasks.
- After training, assist with the build process of the mobile application.
- Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, development, test, release and support).
- Understanding backend and API integrations.
- Follow the defined development processes and the Agile framework.
- Actively attend assigned training events.
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT or Business related field. Relevant professional information technology experience may be substituted for the required degree.
- 1 year developing software applications.
- Familiarity creating mobile applications utilizing Flutter/Dart.
- Experience developing software applications utilizing a minimum of 2 languages in a work environment.
- Experience utilizing a software code version repository.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Familiarity with OOP design principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to write mobile code utilizing Flutter/Dart
- Ability to consume existing APIs utilizing Flutter/Dart
- Understanding of the SCRUM Agile Framework
- Understanding of the Flutter framework commands
- Understanding of writing mobile applications utilizing XCode or Android Studio
- Prior state government experience is a plus.
