Laundry Attendant

Westgate Resorts - Industrial Laundry Facility located in Sevierville is currently seeking experienced and driven Laundry Attendants to join our rapidly growing team.The Laundry Attendant folds, sorts, and organizes linen and laundry room inventory to ensure resort locations are supplied with clean linen. This role also communicates with leaders regarding inventory levels and the needs of the Laundry Team.As a Laundry Attendant you will: Sort, pre-treat, and separate laundry by category for processingTransfer linen from carts to conveyor belts and maintain pace with sorting operationsFold laundry materials by hand or machine, including sheets, pillowcases, washcloths, towels, blankets, and bedspreadsOperate machines such as tower folders and ironing equipment to process quality linenFold blankets, duvets, and mattress pads according to sizeIdentify and remove stained or damaged linen from machines or folding areas and place in designated areasCollect linen from conveyor belts and organize by item in designated storage areasFeed linen into flatwork ironers and towel folders at a productive paceRemove linen from washers and dryers, and hang, bag, fold, or bundle for deliveryMaintain a clean and organized work area, including daily cleaning of washers, dryers, and surrounding workspacesMeet established productivity standards for linen processingPerform other duties as assignedTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
