Lawn Care

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Lawn Care Technician. While lawn care experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate must possess a valid driver's license and be available to work 32 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

- Perform lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and light landscaping

- Operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently

- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in lawn care preferred

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Benefits:

- Competitive starting pay of $15 per hour with potential for advancement

- Average pay of $20 per hour after training period
