Seeking a Lead Sourcing Manager specializing in supporting the Marketing category. They will be responsible for managing strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier engagements within the Marketing category, while also supporting IT procurement for certain software services and supplier relationship development.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and leading strategic sourcing initiatives for the Marketing category in collaboration with business partners and internal stakeholders
  • Managing the supplier relationship through maintaining KPIs and performance measurement standards
  • Researching new suppliers to meet changing business needs
  • Ensuring pricing consistency across the supply base while maintaining quality standards and contractual terms
  • Promoting continuous improvement across categories with both the supply base and internal stakeholders
  • Delivering transformational business practices and policy leadership for sourcing and risk mitigation

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of Indirect Procurement experience
  • Previous experience supporting Marketing category
  • U.S. work authorization

Desired but not required skills:
  • Previous Automotive Industry experience
  • Proven ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders from different departments (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance, IT, etc.)
