Looking for a house cleaner

Property Details

2-bedroom, 2 full bathroom townhouse

Approximately 1,500 sq ft

Light to moderate cleaning load (no heavy hoarding or extreme messes)

Schedule

Monthly, potentially bi-weekly (every other week)

Flexible on day of the week

Approximately 3–4 hours per visit (depending on pace and thoroughness)

Start date: As soon as we find the right person

Responsibilities

General cleaning of all living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms

Dusting, vacuuming, mopping hard floors

Cleaning bathrooms (sinks, toilets, showers/tubs, mirrors)

Requirements

Proven prior experience as a house cleaner (at least 1–2 years preferred)

Must provide 2–3 verifiable references from previous cleaning clients

Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy

Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality

English communication

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate or flat rate per cleaning (to be discussed based on experience and speed – typical range in our area is $25–$35/hour or $100–$150 flat per visit)

Paid same day (cash, Venmo, Zelle, or check)
