Experience Level: Mid-Level to Senior (2+ years preferred)

What You’ll Do

Own the Install: Complete HVAC installations from prep to walkthrough with precision, speed, and pride.

Deliver White-Glove Service: Establish rapport, wear shoe covers, protect property, and leave no dust (or question) behind.

Lead the Crew: Mentor apprentices, manage job site workflow, and uphold our professional standards.

Control the Customer Experience: Communicate clearly, confirm expectations, offer options, and ask for reviews.

Document Like a Pro: Invoices, option sheets, summary-of-findings, timecards — you’ll help us stay on track.

Execute the Bailey Standard: Use our proven install checklist system — including the 5-5-20 Perfect Morning and customer-facing agenda (Meet, Review, Verify, Install, Check-In, Walkthrough).

Leave No Loose Ends: Collect payment, leave documentation, notify coordinators, and send that final thank-you.

What You Bring to the Table

2+ Years HVAC Install Experience - Residential preferred

EPA 608 Certification - Required

Valid Driver’s License - Clean record a must

Blueprint & Schematic Savvy - You can read and execute

Strong Customer Communication - Clarity, confidence, and care

Problem Solver Mentality - You’re two steps ahead of the issue

Team-First Attitude - You build up apprentices, not egos
