Looking for Skilled Plumbers

Experienced Service Plumbers and Plumbing installers with at least 2 - 5 years' experience preferred. A clean driving record and background are required.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Analyze defects or malfunctions in plumbing systems.

2) Identifies and diagnose plumbing problem(s) and performs the necessary repairs.

3) Services include but are not limited to cable drains, use of hot water jet system (training provided), Installs and/or repairs of pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, waterline repairs/replacements, water heaters, gas lines, and other plumbing fixtures.

4) Provides cost estimates for repairs, installations, and maintenance.

5) Sales background is a plus but not required.

6) Heavy machine operating is a plus but not required.

Requirements:

Must be able to work directly with customers in a professional manner and have the ability to self-motivate and have a good work ethic.

Must be well groomed and always portray a professional appearance.

The ideal candidate MUST have the ability to multitask while also being able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, quick learning, and the ability to retain information quickly are also extremely important in this position.

Ideal candidates will also be organized and able to maintain company paperwork and records. Including using company software for record-keeping, tracking customers, photos, and receipts.

Compensation Offer:

We offer competitive pay based on experience, Hourly rate and commission. Offering medical, dental, and vision, paid time off for holidays and birthdays. A company vehicle and phone are provided. You must furnish your own hand tools, the company provides larger tools and equipment for employee use.
