is hiring for a

Manager, Digital Marketing to join our team in

LaVergne, TN(Greater Nashville Area). This role will lead the marketing team focused on IngramSpark, a rapidly growing, award-winning self-publishing platform.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • An experienced leader that can create marketing plans and develop and execute campaigns across a wide range of digital and traditional mediums
  • Skilled in digital marketing and content creation to drive website traffic, capture leads, and increase conversion
  • Able to combine data analysis, creativity, and digital marketing to successfully acquire new customers, engage and develop existing customers, build a strong customer community, and strengthen the brand in the market
  • Highly proficient with SEO, PPC, social media, content creation, email, and advertising

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-year prior experience managing a team
  • 5 years’ experience managing marketing programs in a small to medium sized companies targeting consumers

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SEO, SEM (paid search), and content marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, create a strategy for, and lead marketing campaigns and efforts from concept to execution for, but not limited to, websites, blogs, advertising, electronic communications, public relations, social media, promotional merchandise, and trade shows and events
  • Supervise team and ensure delivery of a performance-driven marketing strategy, including key deliverables, timelines, and budget requirements. Effectively manage to those targets.
  • Present recommendations for modified or new approaches that improve the overall customer experience
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop and execute creative marketing targeting consumers and B2B affiliate partners
  • Understand audience segments and execute creative approaches and relevant content to generate awareness, customer conversion and/or sales/revenue of brand/business service.
  • Develop and implement content and keyword strategies to support SEO and SEM marketing plans and campaigns
  • Provide SEO expertise for keyword research, reporting, linking campaigns, conversion goals, on-page optimization, social media, local search, and image and video optimization
  • Generate actionable insights, conclusions, and recommendations from data to drive site improvements and optimize business performance
  • Develop KPIs and analyze performance, incorporating findings into future efforts
  • Oversee marketing campaigns and content development across all media outlets for the brand/business service – explore and use of most relevant media outlets to best reach target audiences – online, social, digital, and traditional.
  • Identify, evaluate, build, and grow third-party marketing relationships (partnerships/affiliate programs), etc.
  • Identifying and execute online and social performance
  • Establish benchmark metrics and best practices; regularly reporting metrics and recommendations to business unit owners and product marketing teams
  • Maintain active communication and relationships with stakeholders, gathering and sharing market requirements, industry insight, and customer feedback to incorporate in marketing strategy.
  • Provide regular updates on status and performance of marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Focus on performance improvements and return on investment, with a clear link between marketing activities and sales/revenue
