In this hands-on role, you will balance machine operation with team leadership—coaching team members, driving safety and quality, and troubleshooting production line processes.Shift & Pay:Shift: 3rd Shift, Sunday – Thursday (11:45 PM – 8:00 AM)Pay: $31.94/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential What You'll Do:Hands-On Leadership: Split time between operating production machinery and supporting daily administrative and shift handoff tasks.Process & Safety: Drive root-cause problem solving using ELS/Continuous Improvement tools to keep operations safe, lean, and efficient.Coaching & Training: Guide team members on standard work, SOP adherence, machine set-ups, and changeovers; assist manager with performance feedback.Operational Continuity: Coordinate shift activities, cycle counts, and serve as backup for the Team Manager when needed.
