Provide day-to-day oversight of the Marketing Agency’s activities, ensuring campaigns, content, and digital strategies align with business goals and deliver measurable results.Strategic Alignment:
Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to ensure marketing efforts are directly supporting sales pipeline development, lead nurturing, and customer acquisition initiatives. Provide oversight/guidance on digital sales strategies.Tradeshow Planning & Execution:
Lead the strategic planning and execution of tradeshows and events, coordinating with internal stakeholders, the marketing agency, and logistics teams to ensure seamless and impactful participation.Budget Oversight:
Manage the marketing budget, including agency costs, advertising, event expenses, and promotional materials. Ensure effective resource allocation and adherence to financial targets.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with Sales and Executive teams to create aligned messaging, target audience strategies, and campaign materials that reflect business objectives.Performance Analysis:
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing activities to assess ROI and inform future strategies.Content & Campaign Support:
